Let me preface this by saying we know the importance of teaching our kids that they are smart, kind, and can do anything they want if they work at it. But honestly, why not be smart and fabulous? My daughters love fashion. And fashion is in the eye of the beholder. Each girl separately changes clothes at least 5 times a day. Or an hour. Henny even wakes up in the night to put a dress on over her pajamas. Nori has been sleeping in her ballet leotard and tights. Hen loves to wear fake high heels to prance around the house. Just this week, Norelle wore two dresses at.the.same.time to school along with tights, leg warmers, and knee high socks. You should see their rooms, total clothes tornadoes. I am not sure where they learned this behavior since I wear the same yoga pants everyday for a
month week. Probably from Jake. We have Spring Break this week but when school is back in session, I will take a photo of Nori every morning so you can see what wonderful ensembles she comes up with.

Guess what we did today? Okay, yes we went to the new French Meadow Bakery on Grand (how did you know that?). Guess what else? We went urban
geochaching in our neighborhood! Using an app with GPS on our phones and other clues, we hunted for caches. Some caches were tiny hidden in STOP sign posts, but others are bigger with trinkets to exchange. It is a super fun, free family activity! We are looking forward to doing this at the state parks this summer to get some nature, exercise, and more tiny junk to scatter around the house.

My Aunt Wendy is recovering from surgery and preparing to start chemo next week on April 7. Here she is modeling her new wig. Stay tuned in future months for photos of her modeling her new boobs. Good luck, Wendy!
